Juno has been developed from the ground up using state of the art technology to accomodate large multi agency and multi department organizations. Juno can be scaled out to support as many users as you need.  
  NO SOFTWARE TO DEPLOY
    Juno is a web based application. No software has to be deployed on workstations in your agency. Users can access the system securely from the office or from home with a web browser.
  REALTIME ACCESS TO CASE INFORMATION
    Information is instantly accessible to everyone that is authorized to see it as soon as it is saved. No replication or lag time involved.
  UNLIMITED NUMBER OF ELECTRONIC FORMS 
    The forms you are currently using can be used in Juno. Administrators will be able to upload forms and configure them to automatically pre-fill by using field mapping.
  AUTO POPULATION OF ELECTRONIC FORMS
    Any form that gets uploaded to the system can be setup to pre-fill automatically with information from other forms, family member data or any object in the system.
CONFIGURABLE INDEPENDENT DEPARTMENT WORKFLOW
Each department, including multi-service departments, can be setup to use their own rules and forms. Workflow can automatically trigger required forms at the appropriate interval, put a note on a case or add a task for a worker.
CUSTOM ENTITIES
Every organization is different and needs to have workers capture different pieces of information during the case lifecycle. Juno allows administrators to create unique data fields that can be used on screens and within reports. Adding custom entities greatly extends the program capabilities to support business processes for a wide range of organizations.
